Tips For Potty Training Boys
A few tips for potty training boys…
A lot of parents seem to ask if they should teach their little guy to pee standing up or sitting down first. I had the same questions and found the answer inside the pages of Carol Clines guide for potty training boys.
Apparently you should potty train boys to first sit down. The reason for this is that little guys have a hard enough time learning to just sit down on the potty to go, let alone trying to train them to stand for “number #1” and sit for “number #2”.
Potty training boys is tricky but the advice in Carol Clines Start Potty Training guide makes it sooo much easier. Once my husband and I thought our little guy to use the potty sitting down and had gone accident free for a few weeks, we then decided to train him standing up!
I fun way to encourage your boy to use the potty standing up is to place a few cherries in the bowl and let him use it as target practice.
If you are interested in using the same guide I used for potty training boys simply head over to Carol Clines website StartPottyTraining.com and pick up your copy. It was probably one of the best investments I have made apart from the actual potty itself!
All the best,
